Caroline Birch, Loan Closing Manager

Since early 2004, Caroline Birch has been our Loan Closing Manager in charge of all life insurance company and conduit loan closings. She has many years of experience in various disciplines of mortgage lending including the last three years in the loan closing arena. Caroline excels in coordinating and navigating the complexities of loan closing to a successful and timely funding. She oversees two full time closing staff members and our office has closed over $800 million in permanent financing in 2005-2006.

Karen Dolen, Loan Servicing Manager

Karen Dolen is our Loan Servicing Manager, starting our Servicing department in 1994. She takes great pride in providing first quality service to our clients and lenders alike and has continually worked to improve our servicing capabilities including introducing and upgrading state-of-the-art technology to and for our business. With the help of two loan servicing staff members, Karen has supervised the growth of our servicing portfolio here in Seattle from $60 million with two lenders in 1994 to $700 million with eleven lenders in 2006.
