We are a full service commercial mortgage operation here in Seattle. Our experienced Loan Production team is well complemented by our Loan Closing and Loan Servicing groups. We are the largest exclusively commercial mortgage banking operation in the Puget Sound region.

Since early 2004, Caroline Birch has been our Loan Closing Manager in charge of all life insurance company and conduit loan closings. She has many years of experience in various disciplines of mortgage lending including the last five years in the loan closing arena. Caroline excels in coordinating and navigating the complexities of loan closing to a successful and timely funding. She oversees all closing functions and, together with her staff, has closed over $1 billion in permanent financing from 2005-2009.

Karen Dolen is our Loan Servicing Manager, starting our Servicing department in 1994. She takes great pride in providing first quality service to our clients and lenders alike and has continually worked to improve our servicing capabilities including introducing and upgrading state-of-the-art technology to and for our business. With the help of two loan servicing staff members, Karen has supervised the growth of our servicing portfolio here in Seattle from $60 million with two lenders in 1994 to $785 million with 13 lenders in 2009.
